Dando cumplimiento a lo establecido en la CONSTITUCI\u00d3N DE LA REP\u00daBLICA DEL ECUADOR TITULO IV, VII ART. 67 y C\u00d3DIGO ORG\u00c1NICO DE LA ORGANIZACI\u00d3N TERRITORIAL, AUTONOM\u00cdA Y DESCENTRALIZACION ART. 215 C\u00d3DIGO ORG\u00c1NICO DE PLANIFICACI\u00d3N Y FINANZAS PUBLICAS ART. 8 PRESUPUESTO PARTICIPATIVO EN NIVELES DE GOBIERNO.<\/p>\n
El Gobierno Municipal del cant\u00f3n Guaranda, da inicio a los talleres de trabajo para la elaboraci\u00f3n del Presupuesto Participativo Parroquial 2020, seg\u00fan el siguiente cronograma:<\/p>\n
Martes 24 de septiembre Parroquia Simiatug, 10H00<\/p>\n
Jueves 26 de septiembre Parroquia Santa Fe, 15H00<\/p>\n
Viernes 27 de septiembre Parroquia San Luis de Pambil, 10H00<\/p>\n
Martes 1 de octubre Parroquia San Sim\u00f3n, 10H00<\/p>\n
En el ejercicio pleno de la participaci\u00f3n ciudadana los habitantes expondr\u00e1n sus necesidades en las diferentes mesas tem\u00e1ticas, donde se debatir\u00e1 y analizar\u00e1 cada uno de los requerimientos, con el acompa\u00f1amiento t\u00e9cnico de las direcciones municipales.<\/p>\n
Mediante un verdadero proceso de participaci\u00f3n ciudadana eminentemente democr\u00e1tico, a trav\u00e9s de la t\u00e9cnica de lluvia de ideas, las personas participantes de esta actividad, priorizar\u00e1n ciertas necesidades en funci\u00f3n del PDYOT (Plan de Desarrollo y Ordenamiento Territorial), que ser\u00e1n analizadas y sistematizadas en la asamblea la cu\u00e1l determinar\u00e1 las obras proyectadas para el a\u00f1o 2020.<\/p>\n
