En la parroquia Simi\u00e1tug, la ma\u00f1ana y tarde del 23 de julio, en el sal\u00f3n de sesiones de la junta parroquial, se llev\u00f3 a cabo la asamblea parroquial donde se trat\u00f3 sobre el Presupuesto Participativo Parroquial 2019, con la presencia de la Principal Autoridad del cant\u00f3n Guaranda Medardo Chimbolema, Concejales, autoridades del lugar y ciudadan\u00eda en general, dando cumplimiento a lo establecido en la CONSTITUCI\u00d3N DE LA REP\u00daBLICA DEL ECUADOR TITULO IV, VII ART. 67 y C\u00d3DIGO ORG\u00c1NICO DE LA ORGANIZACI\u00d3N TERRITORIAL, AUTONOM\u00cdA Y DESCENTRALIZACION ART. 215 C\u00d3DIGO ORG\u00c1NICO DE PLANIFICACI\u00d3N Y FINANZAS PUBLICAS ART. 8 PRESUPUESTO PARTICIPATIVO EN NIVELES DE GOBIERNO.<\/p>\n
Luego de una amplia participaci\u00f3n, an\u00e1lisis y exposici\u00f3n de todos los participantes, tomaron una resoluci\u00f3n un\u00e1nime, en realizar la CONSTRUCCI\u00d3N DE LA PLAZA DE ANIMALES DE LA PARROQUIA mediante contrataci\u00f3n directa en lo que va del a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n
En su intervenci\u00f3n Medardo Chimbolema, manifest\u00f3.- \u201cLas decisiones tomadas en conjunto seguro tendr\u00e1 el \u00e9xito deseado, para ello trabajaremos hombro a hombro en beneficio de todos los sectores que m\u00e1s lo necesitan \u201d.<\/p>\n
